The buyer, Yashwant Singh, reportedly from a royal family in Rajasthan, acquired the expansive 588.97 sq m property with a built-up area of 867.33 sq m. The home includes a basement, ground and first floors, a terrace room, and servant quarters.
The sale was registered on June 12, with ₹7 crore paid in stamp duty and taxes. The seller, Anu Jindal, is moving to a new residence. This transaction highlights the increasing demand for rare and premium properties in Lutyens’ Delhi, where availability is limited.
