Panchkula urban to have land pooling policy

PANCHKULA: After getting approval of land pooling policy from the Haryana government decks have been cleared to develop Panchkula on its basis. A farmer will get 1,000 square yard residential and 200 square yard commercial plots in exchange of his land given for development of urban areas, according to the policy. The local administration has been keen to develop urban areas in Pinjore and Kalka with housing and commercial projects. Source: ET Realty
